2nd Floor Upstairs (kids space) Gameroom, Master Bedrooms 3 & 4 with King Beds & Ocean Views, Bunkrooms 5 & 6: This upstairs space with an awesome gameroom that is setup perfectly for the kids and family to have a little friendly competition game of Pool or Ping Pong…Good family bonding time! With additional large sectional seating, 2 tall tables & 4 matching stools in the gameroom for those who would like to observe and be near family. With plenty of seats, everyone will enjoy their time together!

3 Floor Observation Room: Great space to relax and getaway to read a book or your favorite magazine, play board games with the kids, or snuggle up in a blanket. Great view from high above of the ships & oil tankers in the Gulf of Mexico.

Patios: With 2 Balconies with unobstructed ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore set the scene for this tranquil oceanside getaway. Plenty of seating to enjoy the view! with a large round table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining, loveseat and 2 patio chairs, and a sectional for you to sit and enjoy the sun, and also an unobstructed view of Pleasure Pier.

Lots of Beach Toys including boogie boards, floaters, beach chairs & umbrellas, ice chests and a wagon are provided for you to use with care and at your own risk. Also, six bikes (various sizes) are available for $150/ weekend, 4 days or more $200. A community crossover bridge to the beach is only a short walk away…

You certainly won’t have to venture far from the House to experience all that Galveston has to offer! Thanks to this fabulous location mere steps away from the ocean, it’s likely that you’ll want to spend the majority of your trip lounging on Galveston’s warm sandy beaches or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. This property is by far the best location for visiting Galveston, in a small, quiet, gated community, which is located on the Gulf of Mexico side of the island. Right next to Stewart Beach (best family beach in Galveston with volleyball courts & volleyball tournaments, sandcastle competition blocks away, concerts, food truck events, helicopter tour pad, etc. all throughout the summer. Only 3 miles from Downtown Galveston (the Strand) and Historic Sites, 2 miles from Pleasure Pier (which you can see from the Patio) and next to the Seawall. The Galveston Seawall is a wonderful place to walk, bike, shop or simply relax while admiring the beachfront scenery, and it ends right next to the house. If you don’t know Galveston, this house is centrally located and is the best Galveston has to offer. You won’t be disappointed!

***We will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including deep cleaning of all surfaces and change all linens during every turnover of our house.

HOUSE RULES: SANDCASTLE
Grand Beach is a gated community (Gatecode required) and is a quiet residential neighborhood with Homeowners who live there full time. Please respect their privacy & no Trespassing on Private Property. Loud Parties & Disruptive behavior are not permitted. Large groups such as weddings, wedding receptions are not allowed. We do not rent to prom groups, school or graduation groups, fraternities or sororities with or without adult supervision. Any use of the property for purposes other than family vacations must be addressed with homeowner. Any violation of the above mentioned policies will result in immediate eviction with loss of entire rental amount. With all that said, we would like to welcome you to Sandcastle!

1. Check-In/Check-Out Times. Check-in 3:00pm or after. Check-out 11:00am. Cleaners are scheduled to clean shortly thereafter.
2. Primary Renter on the Agreement MUST occupy the House and are legally responsible for the Rental.
3. Vehicles. Up to 5 cars are permitted (3 inside garage w/ opener, 2 in driveway).
4. Wifi. User Name & Password is posted inside the house.
5. No loud music after 10pm per HOA Rules.
5. No Smoking or e-cigarettes on Property.
6. No Pets, we’re animal lovers ourselves but no pets. There will be a $500 Deep Pet Cleaning Fee.
7. Please do not feed the birds on Patios/Balconies.
8. Infants & Children Under 2 yrs old should Not be on the Patios/Balconies alone.
9. Beach toys, boogie boards, floaters, beach chairs & umbrellas, an ice chests are available for guests to use with care at your own risk. Six bikes (various sizes) are available for your use at $100/weekend, $150 per 4days plus.
